Sam and Omies is an Outer Banks favorite. Summer and winter it is packed with returning cutomers, both local and vacationers. This painting was sold at the Artrageous Auction for The Dare County Arts Council. It was given as a gift to the restaurant's owner, Carol. How neat is that??
