Coming to Bertie County over 35 years ago was like coming to a foreign country. My parents certainly thought so, too. Like visiting a foreign country, it was a wonderful opportunity to experience new things. I had the pleasure to "happen onto" a baptism taking place at Eden House on the Chowan River. It was so wonderfully simple and moving, the singing soothing and enveloping. There have been may wonderful experiences since moving south. I have been so blessed. 16x20" SOLD

Oxley Hill Baptism at Eden House
