Captain Carl, did you park this boat?

This splendid boat has been in this parking area for ages, as far back as when the Blue Dolphin was still in business.  See it there on the far left?  Who remembers when it was Fernandos'? "  

Captain Carl is the Dock Master in Manteo.  I feel sure he didn't do the parking, or is it mooring?  8x10"  Captain Carl said they wanted it as close to downtown as possible!
