St Thomas and Friends

This dear church is in our home town of Windsor. It is full of wonderful memories for every family in town. It has also seen us through many sorrows. The Graveyard is fascinating. The markers vary from mounds of bricks piled up atop the grave, to a monument seen in the painting topped with cannon balls. The names are mostly family names, repeated through the generations. ((I swore I wouldn't name one of mine Bond, but I did!) The sense of family is strong in this little church. I feel fortunate to have been embraced as family, especially by my husbands family and our family of friends. Some wonderful people I have had the privilege of knowing rest here and in our hearts.
