Winkin, Blinkin and Nod

Jerry Slayton who manages the Cavalier Surf Shop shared several of his photographs of pelicans, this is one. His background was really neat, like a kaleidoscope of blues. Unfortunately when painted, it detracted from the birds. So often when we translate nature... it bombs. Who can improve on Nature?? Not I. 16x20" Thanks Jerry!
