Rascoe and Casper

Peanut season is upon us. In early times, there was no combine, so the peanuts plants were pulled from the earth and stacked up, stabilized by a stake to dry. See the peanuts stacks in the background? Then they are pitched onto a cart and taken to location to separate the peanut from the plant. This is another painting for my Windsor art show. 16x20"
